“Illustrator Rachel Thomason is an up-and-coming designer. Her background is in video production, web, film photography and print advertising. Currently, she works for Carolina Custom Sign and Magna Sign International, industry leading design and manufacturing sign companies in Columbia. A majority of her video work has been with non-profits such as The United Way, The Urban League, and City Year, whose goal to energize their media presence will continue to make them a staple in our city. Her paintings have been displayed in Columbia art forums and she was an integral part of organizing and curating the What’s Love 2011 show at 701 Whaley.
